Duties:
- Able to take lead of a project and work from conceptual till project completion propose design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics; material proposal and make presentations
Produce design concepts, producing construction plans and design drawings using Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V Ray etc.- Prepare design presentations for clients. Ensure the design meets the client's requirements and specifications.
Work closely with customers in recommending ID fit-out designs i.e. wall panel, kitchen, wardrobes and space planning solutions.
- To prepare 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings / or liaise with the support team to prepare the drawings.
Address any design changes or modifications as required during the project lifecycle
Requirements:- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the field of INTERIOR DESIGN is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
