• Full job description

Assist with design tasks, including creating sketches and drawings, selecting materials and furnishings.

• To develop design solutions with efficient and functional use of space.

To monitor and follow up on the progress of work.

• Responsible for handling sales kiosks.

Conduct research on design trends and materials.

• Create design boards and other visual aids to communicate design concepts.

Coordinate among the contractors, relevant design consultants, and subcontractors.

• Requirement

Pursuing at least a Diploma and above in Interior Design related studies.

• Strong design skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, 3D max, SketchUp.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to handle timelines with good update skills to superiors and all job-related related on hand.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus
