Attend to client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
Work closely with the team in developing design proposal and present to client.
Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.
To develop CAD drawing, 3D visual, presentation board from design stage until construction stage.
Site visit to ensure project are develop according to the specification and requirement.
To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Source materials and products included in plans.
Create mood boards to sample your design vision.
Utilize computer applications in the design process.
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals
Taking care of Purchase Order with Supplier such as Quantity and Prices also liaise with consultant
Taking care all Purchase Order Record due to Payment/Claim Matters
Follow up financial matters / payment from client, in accordance with contract
Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
To attend Technical Meeting & site Meeting & Technical sound
Able to work long hour to meet deadlines
Prepare defect list, arrange workers to close defect, prepare QAQC report
