Position: Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team.
As an Interior Designer at Godeco Services, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, develop design solutions, and work with the project team to bring these ideas to life. Your role will involve not only creativity but also technical skills and project management to ensure designs are realized within budget and timelines.
Develop and create design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and layouts.
Research materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the clients aesthetic preferences and project requirements.- Adapt designs based on client feedback, budget constraints, and site conditions.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for the space.- Present design concepts, materials, and mood boards, explaining how they meet client objectives.
Provide professional advice on design choices, materials, and finishes to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is followed during the construction phase.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
Conduct site visits to ensure the design is being implemented according to plan and to resolve any design-related issues that arise during the build process.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules required for construction and tender submissions.- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and workshops to enhance design knowledge and inspiration.
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.- Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, color theory and design trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
