Job Responsibilities
Show a passion for design.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Prepare conceptual drawings, designs, construction drawings, and perform site inspections.- Meet deadlines and maintain high standards of work.
Coordinate construction work and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills on-site.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin for work communication.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.- Responsible, hardworking, and pleasant personality.
Ability to work long hours and thrive under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Ensure timely completion of tasks.- Own transportation is required.
Proficiency in CAD-related software and Microsoft Office.
