Manage all design proposals and enquirers from clients.
From space planning, conceptual clarity, excellent 3D rendering and technical drawing for residential and commercial projects, design process and assistance.
Excellent design sense, problem solving skills and good time management skills for all phases of a project (from concept to completion).
Translate design concepts into design details.
Own transport is required.
Job Requirements
A Diploma Holder/Professional Degree in Interior Design or equivalent related field is required.
At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Experience in the construction industry and on-site experience is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup3d, Enscape, V ray, Photoshop, MS Office, PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong initiative, able to work independently and resilient to pressure
