Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget for renovation projects.
  • Discuss the functionality of spaces and gather information about the purpose of the renovation.
  • Analyze and plan space utilization, considering structural elements, such as walls, columns, and plumbing.
  • Create efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts to optimize the space.
  • Develop design concepts, including color schemes, furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D/3D drawings, plans, and visualizations.
  • Provide cost estimates and help clients manage their renovation budget.
  • Source materials and finishes within the clients financial constraints.
  • Present design concepts and revisions to clients, addressing their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide final design documentation and instructions for implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years working experiences
  • Proficiency in design software (Eg. 3D Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD and etc)
  • Proficiency in PhotoShop software
  • Having knowledge on carpentry, furniture, materials, and finishes.
  • Able to commit & follow arrangement
  • With own transport
  • Enjoy working in a team and individually
