You will play an important role to:- Establish high-level design objectives to fulfill client projects.
Design architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software.- Inspect construction to ensure adherence to requirements and compliance with codes and standards.
Visit job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space.
- Attend client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors.
Create initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.- Arrange client visits and keep everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress.
Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
.- To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least a SPM / Diploma / Bachelors Degree in related fields.
- Proficient with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD and 3D Max or others.
Capable with image editing software such as Photoshop.- Knowledgeable about office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft
Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations.- Experience with developing comprehensive project schedules.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues regarding operation and delay.
- Advanced attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
