Working in the design team developing design concepts through drawings, 3d models, images, materials, and mood boards
Creating strong visuals for presentations and imagery, through 3D modeling / rendering, sketches, and references
Producing technical drawings for tender and construction
Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and contractors
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Design Director
Job Requirements
Industry recognized Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or other related discipline
At least 2 years of professional work experience in Interior Design industry, preferable in Hospitality Design or more if in Residential or Workplace Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (SketchUp or 3D Max), Endscape, Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office
Possess experience in FF&E or on-site experience will be an added advantage
Solid spoken and written communication skills. Fluency in English required
Personality, a smile, and willingness to learn will be a big advantage
A detail-oriented, proactive, and conscientious team player yet able to work independently
Capable of managing multiple projects in fast paced environment and meet tight schedule
A good technical understanding of construction and the required documentation
