Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for 3D design, and proficiency in creating technical drawings for interior design projects. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to turn concepts into precise, realistic 3D renderings and comprehensive detail drawings that bring our designs to life.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D renderings of interior design concepts to visualize spaces effectively.

- Develop detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

- Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to refine design specifications and ensure accuracy.

- Update and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

- Utilize software to produce 3D models and detailed layouts that align with project goals.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design drafting or similar role.

- Strong understanding of construction documentation and design detail requirements.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
