Interior Carpentry / Layout Drafter
Our company, specializes in interior designing of apartments and condominium in Singapore, is currently hiring for a drafter / administrator to assist the company's director in project tendering, isometric drawing (2D), and other adhoc duties.
Job Responsibilities -
- Proficiently translate conceptual designs into detailed 2D (Isometric) and Layout Plans (Autocad).
- Utilize design software such as SketchUp, 3D Max and/or AutoCAD to create accurate and visually compelling interior design draft.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standards set by the Company's quality.
- Generate floor plans, elevations, and detailed interior layouts reflecting design intent.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Browse through government tendering website daily to search for suitable projects.
- Prepare quotation for tendering and other projects
- Such other duties as the company may reasonably require from time to time.
Requirements -
- Passionate in interior design
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Qualifications
- Knowledge in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max
- Experience in residential projects will be an advantage
- Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
- Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
