Requirements
- Relevant education, certification(s) or on-the-job experience
- A portfolio showcasing design understanding with strategic, creative and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in UI tools for design, presentation and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, Marvel, and Google Workspace.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Passion for innovation and craft as well as experimentation with technology.
- Must have a high degree of comfort and ability in both formal and informal presentations and discussions
- Some experience in no code development (Webflow, Elementor), animation, motion graphics or basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

- Designing groundbreaking solutions to human problems
- Create interactive experiences, products and services that inspire delight in users
- Maintain awareness on consumer behaviour and psychology
- Maintaining a user-centred design approach across all work.
- Compiling user, business and technical requirements to create product information architecture
- Ability to design decisions based on either an overall design roadmap or based on your experience design justification.
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
- Conduct industry and competitive research on UI best practices and solutions to UI challenges.
- Develop conceptual UI models, use cases, tasks and interaction flows, and create screen-level interaction designs and details.
- Translate wireframes into high-quality user interface designs using industry best practices that lead to intuitive, accessible and delightful experiences, thinking about the product as a whole

Experiential Execution
- Utilize a user-centered design approach to create products that meet user needs and enhance user experience.
- Leverage up-to-date knowledge of design best practices and current technologies to create innovative and effective design solutions.
- Execute user-centered products with incredible creativity and expert craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide and assist in delivering wireframes, UI concepts, prototypes, simple UI animations, interaction flows, user scenarios, designs, and use cases.
- Maintain continuous awareness of design trends and innovations to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Assist in constructing design systems that combine delight and systematic thinking to deliver incredible experiences for global audiences.
- Partner with Experience Designers to conduct user research, testing, validation, and gather business requirements.
- Track and monitor the progress of development and the quality of the experience.
Collaborate with Others
- Initiate collaborative discussion with others to push beyond the boundaries of convention in pursuit of innovative work.
- Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure high quality design and products are launched.
Internal Initiatives
- To work closely with others to execute and drive internal special projects as initiated by the CEO.
- Keep an eye out for awards/case study work across C27's portfolio of clients.
- To ensure C27's brand image (visually) is consistent throughout while working with the internal branding team.
