Job Description:
Essential Criteria:
- Strong knowledge and at least 5-7 years of hands-on with administration and support of IBM technologies including ACE 12.x, IIBv10.x, IBM MQ/MQFTE v9.x, DataPower X2.
- Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting manage file transfer in production environment/s.
- Hands-on with supporting and managing certificate and PKI keys, and API security.
- Understanding of NetScaler Virtual IP, load balancer and Firewalls.
- Proficient with Linux/Shell scripting and automation
- Strong knowledge of the Change and Incident Management process
- Effective in managing and responding to critical tickets and requests within the defined SLA.
- Good team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Available to participate in rostered on-calls and after-hours support.
- Working experience with different tools & technologies including Splunk, Dynatrace, Service Now, GitHub, Jenkins
- Proficient in working on Agile projects and hands-on with Agile ways of working, including know-how about JIRA and Kanban
- Strong in documentation to help develop the knowledge base and draft project requirements and operations documentation.
- Hands-on with working on Confluence/WIKI
Desirable Criteria:
- Good working knowledge of Apigee and Integration Cloud components/architectures.
