Insurance Specialist
Hired Under Our Bank Partner
Responsibilities :
To help BSNs customer stay protected by offering Bancassurance Product.
To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share
To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
Actively participate in the banks sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
Requirements:
Possesses recognized Degree or Diploma in any field.
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added
Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Possess PCE/CEILLI license is an added advantage.
Willing to travel.
If they do not have any licence -then they will be sent for training for the first month, in order to get the licence. As long as they have experience in selling insurance products or even bank products.
