Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct insurer statement reconciliations, process payments, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Handle queries related to broker accounts, addressing inquiries from brokers and underwriters.
  • Manage client payment and refund reconciliations.
  • Assist with Client Money audits.
  • Review and manage IBA logs and produce Client Money Calculations.
  • Organize and execute work efficiently, complying with business and regulatory (UK and other) requirements.
  • Stay updated on Service Standards, legal, and regulatory requirements for IBA activities.
  • Participate in projects to enhance department efficiency and implement best practice procedures.
  • Identify process gaps proactively and propose solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with CASS regulations and adhere to FCA client money rules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in accounting, are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with Lloyd's / London Market is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking and writing).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Broker Accounting procedures and best practices.
