Install, maintain, and repair digital locks and access control systems at customer locations.
Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with digital locks and access control systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on digital locks and access control systems.
Provide technical support to customers over the phone, or in-person.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide technical expertise to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of parts and tools needed for installations and service calls.
Job Requirements
Ability to speak in English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience with installation and maintenance of electronic equipment (training will be provided for our specific systems).
Proficiency in woodworking is an asset.
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects and assignments within established timelines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address technical issues as they arise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
