Job Duties:
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads promptly and efficiently, ensuring each lead is followed up with in a timely manner.
- Sales Process: Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings to understand customer needs, present our products/services, and close sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up practices.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead quality and with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Our minimum must-haves are:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, ability to listen and a good problem solver
- Ability to handle pressure
- Possess customer service skills is an added value
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/O level, Higher Secondary / STMP/ A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in related fields such as telemarketing, sales, customer service and/ or inbound sales

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
