Job Scope- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers
- Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents
- Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection
- Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status
- Communicate with customer via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, customer approval status monitoring.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
- Applicants with a minimum 1 year of general admin experience will have an advantage.
- Competent in using Microsoft Word an Excel
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training provided.
