Job Description

Job Purpose & Scope

  • Generate sales by actively engaging with assigned accounts through direct sales tactics, networking, and participating in marketing events.
  • Conduct regular telemarketing and cold calling activities to identify new leads and engage potential clients.
  • Identify, develop, and strategically expand key business accounts.
  • Efficiently move prospects through the B2B sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
  • Engage consistently in prospecting activities, focusing on new business development opportunities within existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver winning proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of MMT's offerings.
  • Link MMT's product capabilities directly with client business issues and objectives to drive new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and competitive situations to establish and nurture direct relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that pricing, trainers, coordinators, and delivery targets are set and aligned with proposed solutions.
  • Induct new account members into the business, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Support the development of the team by sharing knowledge and insights, particularly with junior members.
  • Achieve and exceed set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma required
  • 3-5 years in sales & marketing, focusing on intangible services
  • Proven record of meeting revenue targets
  • Proven experience in sales, including significant experience in telemarketing and cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment or a related industry.
  • Experience in new business development and relationship management
  • Previous success in Sales or Business Development roles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, listening, and communication abilities
  • Proficient in pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented
