Job Description:- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers to know more about our products and schedule appointments for sales representative to meet with prospective customers.
Explain products and answer questions from customers.- Obtain customer information such as name, address and enter information into computers.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelors degree
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin communication- Candidates fluent in mandarin is required as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)
- Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner
Able to work overtime when necessary- Working experience as telemarketer or at call center is additional advantage
Computer literate
- High energy and loves to connect with people in person or over the phone.
