- Managing Leads and Customer Profiling
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound marketing leads, channel partner with follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements need, problem , desire with SWORD Profiling
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers every month
- Routing qualified opportunities to the Key Account Manager for further development and closure
2. Sales Tracker and Process- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
- Develop a pipeline of customers who express interest in the product and prepare any quotes
- Answer any questions and provide basic product training to potential customers
- 3. Market and Technical Knowledge
- Stay abreast of market changes with technology and attend necessary conferences
- Complete market research for assigned territories / verticals
- Arrange Key Account Manager for sales presentations to a range of prospective customers
- 4. Marketing and Promotions
- Work closely with marketing to determine what promotional materials to distribute
- Working together with marketing to generate and develop leads and find new sales leads through LinkedIn
- Working together with Partner Manager to generate and develop leads find new sales leads partners and distributor
- Build a good LinkedIn Page and have three posts a week for related IPSB product and services
- Managing and monitoring Key Account Manager post on Linkedin
- Arrange Key Account Manager for sales presentations to arrange of prospective customers
- Daily summary on tender in the market related to IPSB products, solutions, and value proposition
- Assisting Key Account Manager as a tender traffic controller to ensure all documents are ready for submission
- To update customer, potential customers, partner, and distributor database every month
