Job Scope:
a) Execute cold calls to new prospective and/or existing customers database promoting banking products.
b) To deliver and promote perspective customer on the benefits of the product over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script ,,
c) To communicate effectively with customers over the phone and understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance. ,
d) Achieve sales KPI targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least min SPM or Diploma, any field. SPM ,
Fluent in Mandarin speaking.
Possess 1+ year sales experienced in financial industry (Loan or Insurance Products) will be an advantage. ()
Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encourage to apply as training will be provided. /,
Having cheerful personality and be proactive, and professionalism. ,,
Good in communication skills, customer service and negotiation skills. ,
Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
