Lead product creation process from ideation to commercialization by working with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Insights, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely launch as per commitment.
Work with functional leads/ custodians to develop stage gate papers at each stage for the monthly Stage Gate Meetings in order to present and obtain approval from key stakeholders covering financial, technical and product evaluation.
Ensure key external parameters are met in the entire product creation process, i.e. ideation to commercialization (regulations, IP/ trademark, etc) prior to product being launched in the market.
Attend monthly operational meetings and prepare project updates (In-house R&D meeting, PI brand meeting, PI Ops meetings, etc) to ensure a clear and smooth execution throughout the product creation process and stage gate process.
Carry out internal taste test per requirement as part of the NPD stage gate process.
Drive Packaging design development process for New Product launches (write the design brief, brief the creative agency, screen initial designs, discuss and align shortlisted and final selected designs with RHQ Marketing and Brand team.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder majoring in marketing or business studies, or food science related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
Exposure to fast-moving consumer products and with knowledge of consumer behaviour.
Good interpersonal and communication skill, as well as able to work with cross functional teams.
Willing to learn, a team player, creative, able to work in dependently and think out of the box with unconventional solutions.
