Responsible on daily production to achieve the target as per plan and meet QC quality requirements based on SOP- Responsible on trial conducting for new material, mould, color, machine or any request by Management
To establish, implement & control parameter setting at injection moulding machine for daily production
- Responsible to manage manpower daily task, ensuring to clock in Job Ticket and mould changeover to subordinate including supporting WIP
To coordinate with internal maintenance department & outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment- To attend, troubleshoot & rectify any issues at production line
To lead crushing and material mixing process and ensure comply to SOP
- To train and monitor subordinates competency level
To keep injection area clean and tidy- To ensure all plan/process are optimized
To update any issue related to mould or machine to management
- To perform additional job as required by Immediate Superior
