Job Description
- Support daily injection moulding machine setup, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensure it meets production requirement and minimize loss down time
Implement machine settings and setup processes to maximize cycle time at desired efficiency level- Monitor daily production plan, schedule and targets
Prepare daily report on production output and rejection
- Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental and inter-section production flow
Troubleshoot problems pertaining to machine and mould and coordinate preventive- Work closely with QA/QC, Plastic Injection Manager and Shipping Executive to ensure quality products delivered on time and with discipline
Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within plastic injection department
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 7+ Year(s) of working experience
- Technical knowledge in plastic injection machine & moulding maintenance
Language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia a must. Mandarin is a plus- Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and management skills, Proactive
