Research and testing solutions
Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventory
Perform system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of Server and network devices
To provide help desk support to internal users and handle ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operation support
Strong technical skill on Microsoft 365 Administration. Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows server operating systems, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, RSAT GPO and Remote Desktop Services
Strong technical skill on virtualization technology and cluster (VMware or Hyper-V or XCP-ng), Strong technical skill on Storage and NAS for iSCSI or backup purpose
Strong technical skill on Cisco or Dell switchs/router with VLAN, Inter-VLAN routiong, stacking, trunking, LACP, dynamic routing protocols and Wireless Access Point
Strong technical skill on firewall high-availability and VPN and pfSense firewall, Strong technical skill on Windows 10 and 11 operation
Holder of Cisco and MCSE and VMware Certification is an advantage
Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Cantonese is MUST)
Team player with good interpersonal skill
