Role Description
Solution Design:
- Work closely with customers to design virtualization solutions tailored to their specific requirements. This may involve assessing existing infrastructure, identifying opportunities for virtualization, and proposing comprehensive solutions that address customer challenges.
Implementation and Deployment:
- Assist customers with the deployment and implementation of virtualization solutions. This includes providing guidance on installation, configuration, and optimization to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and maximum performance.
Technical Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for virtualization products. This involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, addressing performance concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Citrix XenServer.
- Proficiency in virtualization management tools and cloud computing concepts.
- Strong knowledge of storage, networking, and security in virtualized environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
