RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for providing hardware and networking service support and monitoring
Perform 1st line user support and case logging- Perform trouble shooting and monitoring on the hardware, software and networking issues
Liaise with the contractor for on-site CCTV and network installation and cabling according to the project plan
- Update the computer inventory and specification list whenever any new setup and change
Ensure the contingency plan for data & system recovery are generated & documented- Ensure the softcopy data in the information management system are back-up periodically
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
Good knowledge in system trouble-shooting- Good inter-personal skill
Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
