Job Description

Functional Analysis and Solutioning

Manage entire systems throughout entire SDLC:

oGather user requirement

oPerform requirements analysis and evaluate existing business processes

oWrite functional requirements based on user requirements

oPerform solutioning and suggests improvements to existing business practices

oWrite functional specification design and/or user stories

oPrepare test plans, test scenarios and test scripts, and execute them during SIT and UAT testing

oWork with team lead for go live strategy

oGo-Live check list

oPre-live preparation

oMaster data migration and templates

oOpening data migration and templates

oSupport and maintenance of the system post go live

oEnvironment setup

Stakeholder and Customer Communication

Provide consultation to clients on process flows.

To provide timely project updates to stakeholders, including but not limited to clients, end users, developers and managerial staffs.

Receive customer enquiries by telephone or email, analyses requests, provide information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.

Conduct presentation and demo for the systems involved

Business Solution Support

Provide first-line support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or senior team members when necessary.

Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as data backups, user account management, and software updates.

Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and training materials.

Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different software platforms.

Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.

Documents Control

To maintain and enforce for the effective filing mechanism to ensure easy retrieval of documentation both electronically and hard copy.

To make proper record, distribution and filing of in/out documents and correspondences.

Other Job Function Required

To undertake ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Supervisor.
