- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
- Work experience as an Information Systems Coordinator or related role in IT support is preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coupled with experience in network administration and maintenance, and knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
- Good communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
