The KOL Management / Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and driving business development initiatives to enhance company growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in company-provided training courses to understand operations and processes.
- Actively engage in team activities, maintaining good communication and cooperation with colleagues.
- Assist the team in completing daily tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve issues to improve efficiency and quality.
- Propose innovative ideas and improvement suggestions to drive business development and optimization.
Customer Relations:
- Understand and master company products and services, providing professional customer consultation and support.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
- Collaborate with KOLs to promote brand awareness and drive marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market reach and customer base.
- Possess SPM or higher educational qualification.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
