Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general care to babies from 2 to 17 months.
  • To ensure the health and safety of infants, perform duties such as bathing, changing and feeding the baby.
  • Entertain and educate infants by reading to, playing with and nurturing them
  • Assist to plan and direct the programme and be involved in the curriculum
  • Report baby's status to the parents about the baby's daily activities, including diet, bowel movements, and general mood.
  • Monitors the facilities for health issues and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that lesson plans and classroom activities are prepared on time and up to the necessary standards
  • Provides assessment of a sick or injured childs needs.
  • Be involved from time to time, in small group training sessions with staff within or beyond your centre
  • Build a network with parents and organize meet-the-parents-sessions and other parents learning sessions to enhance parents-centre relationship

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: SPM / KAP / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Diploma in Nursing
  • Loves working with babies and toddlers;
  • We seek only passionate and dedicated educators who want to make difference in childrens learning;
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team to fulfil all job duties & responsibilities;
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant early childhood education experience will be given preference.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
