Asset Management
This role will be responsible for assisting the IR Manager in developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with investors (LP) and financial representatives.
Job Accountabilities / Key Results Area
1Assist the IR Manager with planning and executing IR functions including fundraising, LP due diligences, daily processes & procedures
2Participate in all aspects of processing IR communications: review, scan, enter data, create and send confirmations
3Respond to investors, financial advisors and other requests
4Maintaining LP relationships database in-house
5Create and maintain investors files
6Quarterly LP reports production works in coordination with various HOD and team members
7Audit confirmation requests by LP coordination with finance managers / CFO for sign off
8Coordination with Legal department on yearly compliance reports / certification
9Assist in investor and financial advisors direct mailings
10Coordination of LP ownership transfer requests with internal and external counsels in compliance with P&P
11Ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
