What will be your task:
- Lead and coordinate the lean-waste identification program for the plant by identifying waste and propose key improvements potential to area owner and management.
- Lead and manage a team of Engineers & Technicians, providing guidance, train and support to maximize performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Perform time study analysis to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for process improvement and production optimization.
- Develop and implement production layout strategies that optimize resources utilization, minimize waste and ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to drive performance improvement, resolve issue and implement process changes.
What you must have to apply:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of production layout strategies, capacity planning and time-study analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadline.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, with a track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
- Possess at Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial management.
