Job Task:
Daily work
- Coordinate team to ensure on time RFQ delivery.
- Quantify customer specific needs and track the actual result.
- Work with sales/sales admin/customer to follow up the RFQ progress.
- Monitor manufacturing actual performance to analyze gap with the standards.
- Communicate with factory engineer and supply chain colleagues to sit on top of affairs
- Communicate with sales and sales admin to sit on top of affairs.
- Actual output tracking and performance monitoring on cycle time, yield, revenue vs cost and etc.
- Conduct monthly reconsolidation with Finance team and customer.
- UPH &OEE monitoring to support on capacity and revenue expansion.
- Monthly Capex application and follow up the project progress
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Medium term work:
- Support on Monthly financial reconsolidation
- Support to collect the information for AOP and BPC Capacity planning
- Support factory layout optimization
- Define manufacturing standards thru simulation and drive improvement program, update standards cost to ensure the competitive price.
- Data collection to support drive actual cost reduction
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Industrial / Production/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience: 06years work experience including 03 years IE expertise experience in a high paced environment
- Accounting and Financial Management knowledge
- Lean & Six sigma knowledge
- Industrial engineering knowledge including capacity planning/ Work measurement and techniques/Simulation / operational modeling
- Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
