Responsibilities Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams, attend to customer enquiries.
Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and communicate with the customer in order to close the order.
To prepare PR sheet for purchased equipment.
Monitoring order progress and handle any issues that arise
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
To perform any other duties that may assigned by your superior or the Management
Assist on marketing event.
Proactively to send product information or promotional materials to customers
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in related field or similar role
An ability to prepare costing and quotation using MS Excel- Familiarity with customer/ supplier dealing.
Able to manage schedules and prioritize well, to deliver work on time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
