Salary budget: Up to RM 4K (Bonus provided)
- Scope 1: Probing / Hunting
Initiate outbound calls to sales leads, identifying and assessing potential opportunities.- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads, creating a robust pipeline of prospects.
Establish initial contact with prospects, present the company's offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Scope 2: Customer Relation
Regularly contact existing or lapsed customers to build relationships and upsell services.
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect to tailor solutions that meet their requirements, converting prospects into new business.
Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager with potential leads.- Collaborate closely with the team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and sales.
Coordinate with the Import & Export operations teams to monitor clients shipment statuses.- Maintain cost and quotation records by compiling a master sheet.
Track client receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Provide regular sales reports to the business unit manager using predefined templates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving high-level pricing and contract issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
Education: Diploma or above in any field.

Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
