Job Responsibility
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on sales leads.
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Be able to handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Keeping up with product information and updates.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- The position requires availability to work on Weekends and Public Holidays as part of retail operation requirement. (Kuala Lumpur)
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience is preferable. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with good interpersonal skills.
- Team-player, independent with high level of commitment and integrity.
- Outgoing with a pleasant and positive attitude.
