Job purpose
To response on incoming communication, inquiries and tenders.
To source, liaise and follow up with supplier or manufacturer and clients.
To ensure that the submission of quotation or proposal to client timely.
To ensure the order execution and after sales support.
Duties and responsibilities
To communicate and handle on incoming inquiry, tender, technical clarification and technical query by mail, phone, fax, portal from clients.
To review upon received of incoming inquiry from clients and discuss with sales person.
To source, liaise and follow up with supplier or manufacturer for preparation and submit quotation or proposal timely as requested by client.
To prepare and compile technical and commercial proposal including all necessary documents.
To track and follow up with all proposals sent to prospective clients.
To do on filling the inquiries, tender and quotation for record.
To ensure the order execution and after sales support.
To communicate and work closely with other departments such finance, human resource, logistic & project/services team for proposal preparation and order execution.
To assist after market activities until delivery and completion.
Maintain confidentiality of any information that is classified as Confidential.
Any other task that has been assigned by the superior or higher management
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Instrument or similar)
Good knowledge of valve in technical and commercial.
Preferably with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in valve market.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Task-driven, self-motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independent
