Job Description

_Job Purpose_

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Indoor Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for selling to new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.

_Job Responsibilities_
  • Undertake the task of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
Process orders via email or phone
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Provide general support to walk-in customers
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Job Requirements_
  • Any engineering background in diploma/degree, with or without sales experiences, SPM/UEC Science stream are also welcomed
Good at sales talk
  • Aggressively target-oriented with self-motivation, able to work independently.
Know about sales principles and customer service practices
  • Previous sales achievement will be your advantages
With or without experience

* 50% (Preferred)
