Job Description- Achieve sales target set by the Company.
Familiar with social media, must able to answer online enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.- Follow up and serve potential and existing customers to close sales.
Keep updated on product professional knowledge and promotion scheme.
- Conduct health assessment for customers, inform them about their health conditions, and encourage them to entrust their health to us, leading to successful transactions.
Receive and serve walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation.- Open and maintain customer profile to build lasting relationships with customers.
To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback and consumption experience.
- Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
Any ad hoc task assigned by the superior.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience- On the job training will be provided
Mandarin speaking is preferred
