Job Description

Job Responsibility:
  • Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, livestreaming, merchandise presentation and promotion
Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
  • Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.
Able to conduct product demonstration clearly and accurately.
  • Responsive after-sales support and enquiry on replacement / returns according to policies
Gather customer feedback and identify ways to improve products and store
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Restock shelves and process transactions
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when items need to be replenished
  • Support in the planning, implementation, and follow up of store operational tasks and projects including corporate sales events, trade shows, exhibitions, outbound events and sales networking activities
Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (Tiktok, FB & Shopee) on a daily basis
  • Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming
Assist in content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok and social media
  • Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate a strong sales performance and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings for your service.
Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
  • Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma equivalent.
  • Candidate with previous retail sales power tools/hardware experience will be prioritize.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu (mandatory) and Mandarin (optional)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
Superb customer service and persuasion skills
  • Very driven in meeting sales target
Comfortable when delivering presentations and demonstration as per customers need
  • Additional incentives for meeting monthly targets
Excellent verbal and storytelling skills. Confident in speaking in front of camera.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCount or other accounting system. Currently, the Company is using AutoCount system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Power Tools Repair/ Servicing: 1 year (Preferred)

Hardware Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
