About Us: Kids Adventureland is an indoor playground located in a new shopping mall in Penang. It is a vibrant haven for children and families seeking joyous experiences regardless of the weather outside.
We are looking for a responsible and energetic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of our young guests.
Carrying out open and close cash activities - ensuring the cash register/POS balances according to the park's policies.
- Daily opening and closing of the playground (including cleaning the sandpits and balls pit as scheduled)
Introducing and making sales for the playground packages (entrance & events).- Greeting guests, processing payments, explaining playground rules, and checking in with the guests regarding their experience
Upholding safety measures and cleanliness of the playground.
- Attending to needs, and adhering to best practices when interacting with children and parents.
Maintaining transparent communications with management and the team at all times- Resolving guest issues and updating supervisors on inventory.
18 years old and above, Malaysian with no gender restriction.- No prior work experience is required but preferred.
Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. (additional proficiency in other languages would be desirable but optional)
- Able to compose regular reports and correspondence.
Proficiency in basic computer tools (i.e Microsoft tools)- Capacity to comprehend the functionalities of the registration system (training will be provided).
