Position: Incubate (SOC/Network Engineer/Infrastructure)
Duration: 3-6 Months (with the possibility of a full-time opportunity upon successful completion)
Location: SSquad Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Stipend: Competitive stipend during the training period (500-700 ringgits as traveling allowances).

Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) model as Incubate. This program offers an intensive 3-6-month training period with potential for full-time employment in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network solutions based on organizational requirements.
- Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal operation.
- Conduct network upgrades and system maintenance to enhance performance and security.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and support users.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Stay updated with networking technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
- Familiarity with network hardware and software from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
