Monitor closely on day-to-day sales operation and development of assigned agency to achieve sales forecast.
Monitor agencies sales and manpower, resolve problems and conflicts of agents, act as effective communication channel to agents and gather important up-to-date market feedback from agents and customers.
Maintain good rapport with agencies, monitor agents activities and performance to motivate and stimulate their sales.
Advise agents on matters pertaining to agents recruitment, activities, marketing strategy, training and others.
Provide assistance to agencies and attend to customers inquiries whenever necessary.
Act as emcee for selected training or seminar as well as action team for company event.
Any other duties as assigned from management and superior to you from time to time.
