Contracting - Negotiating competitive rates, exclusive inclusion and services with suppliers
- Develop innovative and well presented product range applicable to market and audience.
- Responsible in achieving no of Products/ Project set by management
- Ensure product Team are uploading / unloading rates contracts & Packages into system and make know to all other departments / Clients
- Continually reviewing performance of the product ( sales/Competitor analysis ) and recommending
strategies to gain market share/ sales while maintaining Product margins
- Responsible for brochure/Web/ B2B system development.
- To attend relevant travel trade shows and industry functions for relationship / market intelligent to develop products.
- Working with Sales team, Online Department and team to design packages to drive sales revenue
- Organize Familiarization Trips for Team members and agents to showcase products.
- Budget Planning and yield management on financial aspects of Product packages.
- Conduct regular training / briefing to relevant Dept on any new products/services
- To carry out any other job function given by management from time to time
