Job Responsibilities :- Establish, develop and maintain healthy, long term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering their queries, and providing product information.- Provide excellent face to face sales and support service to all customers with accurate, professional and efficient service.
Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed from time to time.
Monitor trends as required staying abreast of customer needs, market pricing and new products development.- Coordinate sales effort with team members to achieve better results and allocated sales target.
Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
- Receive and process customer order from company's phone through whatsapp, call, message within a prompt time.
Malaysian
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
With or Without experience.- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of customer care and responsiveness.
Well groomed, work hard and self efficient.- Able to work in team and start work immediately.
Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)
