Attend to calls or e-mail from customers for booking of shipment pick-up and any booking related inquiries- Enter customers shipment booking into the system and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
Work with Operations to provide status updates to customers on their shipment inquiries or complaints
- Export invoice checking and confirmation before K3 declaration
Export Freight COB report and follow up on discrepancy- Daily update on export shipment status by end of the business and daily export checklist report
Work with other functions to improve customer experience
- All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time
- Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
1-2 years experience in a Export Role
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry or Import & Export Operations
