Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate all import shipping operations to ensure timely shipments.
  • Handle full set of shipping documents for import operation.
  • Coordinate with forwarder on shipment documents accurately.
  • Negotiation of transportation / freight price rate.
  • Work closely with shipping agencies for all Custom related issues.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Possess at least Diploma in Business or any related fields.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office application such as Excel.
  • Able to work under fast-paced environment independently and with minimal supervision from superior.
  • Discipline, matured, proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication and liaising with China supplier and forwarders.
