Role Summary
This critical, client-facing role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the project from initial planning through to the transition to Business as usual and benefits realisation. We are looking for a dynamic, process driven Project Manager to work with our clients and wider internal subject matter experts to scope and deliver the agreed solution, including management of key elements such as PMO, process discovery, change management, technology implementation etc.
Responsibilities
End to end project management from sales or project scoping through to stabilisation and project closure
Identification and management of required Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for project delivery
Creation and management of all relevant project documentation
Project governance, including status reporting both internally and to the client
Change management: including stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, communications, training etc.
Senior stakeholder management
Resource, budget, and cost benefits tracking
Project risk and issue management
Project planning, dependency, and milestone review
Acting as the implementation SME lead
Essential Requirements
Demonstrable experience in managing multiple change or large projects within a recruitment or outsourcing service environment
Previous experience of leading RPO and MSP projects
Experience of process mapping and improvement (in a Lean environment would be beneficial)
Proven ability to communicate at all levels of seniority and to advise on the delivery of best practice change and communications
Experience of working with in-house and/or 3rd party technologies
Proven track record of client relationship management
Ability to remain calm and concise in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, such as: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project and Visio
Formal Project Management methodology, such as: PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
